3. Complete pointless curiosity

I have a personal experience with finding and working with a “top” person in a “top” team. I knew him by name and so I went right to his website, enrolled and waited for him to contact me. I sent him emails… He never contacted me. This was a true eye opener to me.

It is not the glitz and glamour that you you want to look for in a company. There are many factors that can catapult a person into success. Some people are in the right place at the right time and things just blossom without any real effort.

Other people have the skills and work hard and have success but it required a lot more effort. I know people that were catapulted into success. It wasn’t what they knew but who they knew and what those people accomplished on the person’s sales team.

Don’t let titles fool you. It is often the people that work hard in the background that bring a small few into the spotlight.
